Now some not so good news and I don't usually report such things but Jodel D9 ZK-CHX as gone down.
Some may think it is still attached to Stratford as it was here for a good few years. This is not the case and has been based at Te-Anau with new owner George Batchelor since 2012.

What a shame to wreck a beautiful airplane! Hope the pilot is OK and that he didn't wreck his pilot sunglasses in the accident!
